History

1963: Denki Kagaku Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha (currently, Denka Co., Ltd.) co-founds the company with local capital in the city of Takasaki under the name of Chloroprene Kogyo, with capital of 10 million yen.
1964: The first plant for kneading black compounds is completed and begins the manufacture and sale of compounds.
1967: The second plant for press molded products is completed.
1968: The third plant for extrusion formed products is completed. The company increases its capital to 15 million yen.
1969: The fourth plant for kneading white compounds and colored products is completed.
1989: The company changes its name to CRK Co., Ltd. and increases its capital to 30 million yen.
1991: The company expands its first and fourth plants.
1994: The sixth plant for refining and specialty products is completed.
1996: The seventh plant for flexible joints and special fillers is completed.
2003: The eighth plant for fire resistant rubber products is completed.
2006: The new office is completed.
2007: The company wins a Gunma Technology Award from the Gunma Prefectural Government for its thermal expansion rubber products.
2009: The company obtains ISO 9001 certification.
2013: The company introduces automatic measuring equipment to the kneading process. The company celebrates the 50th anniversary of its foundation.
2018: The company becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Denka Co., Ltd.
2019: The company changes its name to Denka Elastlution Co., Ltd.
